Tim Chapman-Cavanagh has worked on a number of significant mixed-use and residential projects since joining Assael in 2007, including Hammersmith??s Queens Wharf riverside scheme, which has recently acquired planning, along with North Wharf Gardens the 1.5 acre site in Paddington Basin and the Osiers Gate scheme providing the largest tower in Wandsworth. His main area of expertise is taking the design from appraisal stage to development of concept design.
Meanwhile, Rory O??Hagan ?? a residential and mixed-use specialist ?? has been the key architect behind the vast Renaissance scheme for Barratt London in Lewisham, one of the biggest residential schemes currently under construction in London providing 800 homes.
Liz Wilks has played an integral part in the planning and implementation of Brentford??s Great West Quarter since 2004, including Wallis House, as well as schemes on High Street Sutton and Waldegrave Road. Liz is also currently working on a variety of feasibilities and planning applications varying from a single four-storey townhouse to a 27-storey residential tower.
