Top marks for benchmark

The clean lines and subtle textures offered by BENCHMARK Cement Fibre Façade Systems have been used to great effect at the new Holy Trinity Advanced Learning Centre (ALC) in Barnsley, matching contemporary design with low maintenance performance.  Over 1100m² of the engineered systems, developed in partnership with Marley Eternit, were installed on the Sports Building and Performance Hall, which will be an important hub for the state of the art ALC. Quality, aesthetics and ease of installation were all factors in the products?? specification by architects Allford Hall Monaghan Morris (AHMM). AHMM specified the BENCHMARK Cement Fibre Façade Systems in two textures. The majority was installed in white Cedral, using BENCHMARK??s face-fixing method to further enhance the weatherboard effect. For contrasting detail, a smaller quantity of Operal was installed in dark grey at ground level.
