Planning, design and development consultancy Marrons has expanded its London team with the appointment of Avneesh Bains as a senior planner.
Avneesh joins Marrons from DLP Planning, where she progressed from planner to senior planner following an earlier role as graduate planner at Avison Young.
With excellent experience in residential schemes, Avneesh has successfully prepared a range of appraisals and applications for a mix of clients.
Avneesh said: “I was attracted to Marrons for its strong reputation in the planning industry and the chance to be part of a multidisciplinary team that’s continuing to grow.
“Marrons’ diverse project portfolio will allow me to expand my experience while contributing to the consultancy’s success.
“I’m particularly excited to help develop the talented planning team, share knowledge, and deliver positive outcomes for our clients and the communities we serve.”
Marrons’ London office, servicing projects in outer boroughs and the wider South East, remains central to its expansion strategy, delivering expert planning, design and socio economic advice.
Roland Brass, planning director at Marrons, based in London, said: “We’re delighted to welcome Avneesh to the team. She brings a wealth of experience and a proactive, collaborative approach that aligns perfectly with Marrons’ values.
“It’s exciting times as we continue to grow our London and southern offer.”
