London-based boutique architecture firm, Wolff Architects, has completed £80 million worth of work in 2016, having landed several high value and prestigious contracts.

In 2016, the average value of a project undertaken by Wolff stood at £3.5 million. However, many of the practice??s developments well exceeded this figure, with its most valuable project ?? the joint redevelopment of the new build properties on Canons Close and Bishops Avenue ?? having a combined build cost of £32 million.

Over the course of the year, Wolff has developed a total of 169,000 sq. ft. of commercial and residential space. The largest single project Wolff undertook in terms of square foot was the Kensignton Rooms Hotel in June, which involved the redevelopment of 49,000 sq. ft. of space.

Wolff Architects has completed a total of 14 projects so far this year ?? some of which were very exclusive. For example, the practice refurbished a ski chalet in the historic French resort of Courchevel, converted a Mayfair embassy into a large single dwelling and extended a grade II listed house in Belgravia.

David Wolff, Director and Founder of Wolff Architects, commented: ?This year has been one of new challenges and a diverse set of projects, of which we are all proud. In 2017 we will be looking at how we can convert these substantial results into winning even more ambitious projects, so that we can export our in-depth knowledge of building and design to more parts of Prime London, the UK and beyond.??
